Luiten Food takes the concept of quality seriously, as is evidenced by the fact that Luiten Food is HACCP certified and that every effort is being made to achieve BRC Level A Certification.
BRC Level A is currently one of the most stringent quality systems in the world. Achieving BRC Level A Certification makes Luiten Food one of the forerunners in its industry and enables it to guarantee its buyers that all production takes place in accordance with the strictest quality requirements. Because of the strict requirements of BRC Level A Certification, we also place high demands on our suppliers. Naturally we only work with approved companies who breed, fatten, slaughter and process in compliance with European guidelines.
Luiten Food employees work on a “self-controlling” basis. This means that they physically monitor all processes. The office staff is trained internally in order to ensure they can answer your questions as best as possible.
Luiten Food feels very strongly about animal welfare. We therefore see to it that all animals are hunted in a controlled fashion and under the strict supervision of professional hunters.
Luiten Food controls the entire chain and has implemented a traceability system. Special coding is placed on the individual packages as well as on the transport packaging in order to make it possible to warn consumers in the event of a problem or to inform them appropriately should they contact us regarding a particular problem. This is particularly important nowadays and naturally applies to all products, both raw and cooked. The quality of our products must not only be well-arranged on paper, but also in reality. Luiten Food therefore monitors the quality of the entire production process at its suppliers on a regular basis.
You can rest assured that Luiten Food takes the quality of its products extremely seriously.
