After being established in 1938, the family-owned company Luiten Food has developed into one of Europe’s largest specialists in traditional and exotic game & fowl. Besides this, Luiten Food has whilst been able to realise a great market share in beef and lamb. As Luiten Food imports from every part of the world, the company has become an important European link concerning the distribution of game & poultry products as well as in the distribution of beef and lamb products. Both product categories are as well as fresh as deep-frozen available.

Our clientele principally consists of the foodservice industry, wholesalers, retail trade and butchers, as well as in the Netherlands as abroad. Moreover, Luiten Food is a fully self-supporting organisation with dynamic good educated people, a full-time quality team and several frozen food warehouses and cold stores. Besides this, Luiten Food has its own transport department and various production facilities at its disposal. Luiten Food is certified BRC Higher Level A, which is synonymous to a high- quality level within the entire organisation.
